Is it possible to flash a found Droid X? I found one, but I heard that Verizon blocks the ESN # when the phone its reported as stolen/lost, so you won't be able to re-activated. Any suggestion? thanks

@bollio1123 yes, metro lets you ad any ESN to their database, the only reason they dont let you bring smart phones is because they pay minimun wage to their employees who dont know anything about anything and they cant program them. seems metro stores requiere you to be dumb in order to work for them....imo

nope, metro charges xtra on their phones. i think they charge 10 bux extra for full html but all the verizon and sprint phones html is native so its pretty cool cause u get full access to everything at no extra charge

@crlyheadedfuck the droid x requieres 2 programs to run in the background that allow data to work. if you update to official 2.3 this unroots ur phone and erases all programs that allow data. i always tell my customers to never update anything. im sure you were told the same. your only option now is to go back and have the process done again which im sure you will have to pay all over for it. anyhow NEVER UPDATE ANYTHING! :)

im glad that uve done most of the work. yeah now u have to use qpst to edit the mip and ppp settings. after u get those settings changed u will get data n mms working
