art is subjective so i guess everyones interpretations are correct but to me:

I saw the vomit to represent how pop culture (eating disorders are a strong symbol in pop culture) eats her very essence (heart). @0:44 you see this almost black and white symbol of a ying yang which to me resembles the push and pull/internal conflict of mainstream society. In the end, pop consumes Gaga and she is molded, shaped and displayed as almost unhuman. She becomes pop.
