When they said at the end what everyone was now doing...then to read what happened to Steve, I couldnt help but cry as it was never the same without Steve and I only wish he had stayed with the Small Faces! they were so talented and funny and they were the Small Faces!!!

They all were.

Marriott was an unpredictable guy ,difficult to get on with .

He threw his hands up and said goodbye and left them hook winked.

Working with a brilliant person has it's massive downside .

The unfortunate thing is that the band never got paid .

Luckily , the Faces came to be and got more recognition via that incarnation , outside the UK anyway .

Mac is the only living one who is still active , god bless him!

A lot of the bands from the 60's, Small Faces included, didn't realize the importance of looking after their business affairs. They trusted their managers to take care of that. But, with that trust they had in them, they were greatly taken advantage of.

It seems quite difficult to find a manager whose going to be fair with you about money raised from concerts and music sales etc.

I can understand taking your share ,but, these people who managed them seemed to greatly abuse their position.
