What did you expect? 4AT 5.5 gens run high 14s at around 93-94 mph, 6 speed 5.5 gens run low to mid 14s at 96-98 mph and 335s run mid 13s at around 104-105 mph. It takes headers, intake, exhaust, intake spacers, VIAS block plate and a tune to get a 6 speed car into the mid 13s.

@gtdrummerdude yeah i hearr you i have a technosquare ECU flash,vafc-2, and transgo shifter kit on the way hopefully it will helpp out ! the auto is killing me maybe after all that ill do the tune
.. and yeah as much as i love my max i cant keep up but just because its a beemer doesnt mean anything i smoked plenty of 3 series and i guarentee you after im done with my engine mods that 335i wont beat me by more then a car length .. its heavier then me and with all my mods i have just the same amount of hp which was added after this race
@durimh I hope your mods are a turbocharger. He put 3 lengths on you in seconds, you can't just make that up with and intake, headers and exhaust. You will need about 100 extra hp to hang with him.
@durimh but ya that bmw spends a few bills on a chip, and youre back to square 1. and idunno what year it is but theres this AY-rab kid at my work with an altima or maxima(big car) SE-R or spec v. he always wanted to race my prelude back in the day(didnt work out too well) and now with my e39 540i-6 i pull on him even harder. mods i know of are a loudass dual exhaust, intake and some type of chip and some infiniti rims. i also have a 350z on my kills list, and this 335 would merc my ass
is gate shift that shifting for automatic where it has D1 and D2 ? cause if it is thats retarded its either your car is stick or automatic i dont believe in pedal shifting, smg, or gate shifting .

@durimh it means manual transmission. I would post a vid of me racing one but my 3rd gear went out this friday racing the 335i he would only pull way till like at around 100mph.
@durimh their not running 330hp your crazy ! this isn't an m3 buddy ! it only runs at 300hp and its a heavy car ! His max was automatic of couse its going to get smoked. Even if it was stick it won't beat it but it won't get beat as bad ! I own a vq35 6 speed and im running about same a g35
