I think he needs:

1-Devil trigger for one attack should be done for "maximum bet" and "showdown".

2-A "charge shot"

3-EX guage+ ex abilities i.e MAXAct.

4-Combos "B","C","D","roulette spin",(can't remember if "shuffle" and "calibur" were there, if not, then they need to be added).

5-Combo "A" needs to be fixed as it only has 3 strikes while in the game it has 4.

Then you'll have a perfect (or near perfect) nero.

Sweet. Another Devil May Cry character will be added to MUGEN. And he beat the hell out of Ryu. Even better. In the future I would to see the children of Sparda take down those pesky annoying shotos such as Evil Ryu. Nero has to avenge Vergil losing to that punk twice. I am glad to see Nero getting love. I love the work here and the music selection. Top notch video.
