Family Courts Sucks in New York State Ulster County New York is the worsed Very Against fathers they laugh at you tell you to get 4 jobs to support your kids after you tell them you don't see your kids now. the money judge laughed at me and said go get another job did not care if i saw my kids it's time fathers to protest out side these courts everyday with signs till we get noticed screw these fools working these courts they are all educated fools who nothing about life and the biggest libs

PAS is real Borderline personality is real.I have nothing but disdain for those who abuse children and use PAS for a cloak of maliciousness.I also have equal disdain for a parent who files false allegations for a protection order without a hearing for the acused to answer these allegations.

Yes this happens! I witness that this also happens to dads much more often due to anti-father hysteria in the media. This is despite the fact that studies and facts prove that abuse and mental illness correlate & women have both symptoms more often. Studies also show mothers abuse their children and husbands more than the other way around, yet courts favor mothers. A court that goes after, maligns and destroys one sex can then eat up the other too. Children always lose, courts always win.

The data do not support your fathers rights propaganda. Yes, fathers sometimes get screwed by the courts, but the parent with better connections and more money is always the winner, and most often, that is the father! Thousands of women have lost their children to abusers and molesters. Children always lose, and courts always win, that is true~ But Moms lose too.

It is all about the money.

Parents and children are the pawns in this.

Tht system spots the abuser, supports him or her, knowing the other will fight to try and keep child safe.

Then the emotional game begins.

The protective parent sees the child dangred in front of it and is rendered powerless by the system.

The abuser is laughing inside feeling he/she has won.

But the only winner is the system/Lawyers etc

I don't understand how any abuser in America is not in jail. If you know a child who is in the custody of an abuser, press charges and imprison them! This is not a failure of divorce courts, it's a failure of criminal prosecution. Supervised visitation is either 1) inadequate protection and traumatic contact between a perp and a victim, OR 2) a egregious violation of the rights of an innocent parent - and in any particular case, I can't say which until I hear the jury verdict on the evidence.

The opening statement in part 2 hits the nail right on the head , it's who you know and how much money you have. Come out to these rural areas and it gets even worse. When you have these wealthy men who own 3/4 of the land in the county and they have the Sheriff and every judge in their back pockets they can literally get away with murder. I knew a man who was a beast to his wife , she files for divorce and basically leaves with the clothes on her back , he got the kids and everything else.

The children are the ones suffering and the abusers really don't care. They think it is some game they have won with their own childrens lives. Hopefully, when they are adults they will break the cycle.

Please spread the word, knowledge is power, tell all you know to watch this video. Mother's must be warned so they do not walk into the trap that is pre-set for them by the family court system. Trapping of animals is illegal in California, but trapping and harm to children and Mother's is allowed.

Protection is not found in the court system, beware.

Please share this Video with your family members, your friends, your neighbor, church and other parents to help educate the public. Our tax money have been misused by the Court employees. Family Court employees (Judges, Commissioners, Court Mediators, child appointed attorneys and appointed therapists strip children from the protective parents even domestic violence, sexual abuse, physical abuse, medical abuse and emotional abuse reported in the files and pleadings.

From my experience with the family court system children get the shaft. I personally have to live with breaking a promise to a child of 7 due to the injustice of SRS/Family Court/Mental HEalth/Child Visistation Center/CASA/ and other players in this arena.  I personally fell apart emotionally and financially after my experience with this part of the system. IN MY OPINION THIS IS A GREVIOUS ABUSE OF AUTHORITY BY GOVERNMENT!

It has been my personal experience that the legal system & its procedures operate from financial incentive, not the best interests of the children or parents.

If you have the money, its all about "how you play the game", & the one who has the most money WINS at the cost of innocent children.

The trauma caused from this devastating situation is unimaginable. It is horrific that so many are choosing to profit rather than stand up for TRUTH, FOR JUSTICE, & FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE PEOPLE.
