JOAN OF ARC from Domremy

Lovely video:). I'm hoping to visit Joan's birthplace on January 6th 2012, the 600th anniversary of her birth. I gather her birthplace is now a museum. Can you tell me a bit about visiting the museum, please? Is it open on a Friday? (Jan. 6th will be a Friday). What is the admission fee? What else is there to see in Domremy related to Joan of Arc? Are there many places tourists can stay in Domremy? Is it easy to get from Domremy to Rouen, to see where Joan died? Any information appreciated:)

@chubsoda How many hours drive from Paris was it? Are there any other forms of transport there? I can drive but I'd rather it be a last resort as I've never driven abroad and the thought is a tad daunting to say the least :) I will do it if I have to as I really need to see this.

i'm very grateful to be inspired over ''joan of arc's'' true story. at least, i know that she's in ''heaven'' with god and she complied as a ''messenger'' of god. joan of arc was able to see and talk with ''angels'' and people didn't believe her. she was a real-life ''saint'', although her sainthood became known to the world in later generations and accepted by the ''catholic'' church.

Thanks so much for this video! Joan of Arc is my patroness and heroine and I would love nothing more than to visit France and the place where she was born, but being that I can't afford a plane ticket let alone an entire trip, I have no chance of getting there, at least not for a long while. This video may be the closest thing I'll ever have to getting there, so once again, many thanks and God bless you. :)

Le 26 juin, dans la chambre de Jeanne d'Arc, j'ai vu un homme d'une 60taine d'années en train de ressentir quelque chose...J'ai aussitôt pensé à votre commentaire, à l'intérieur du CC de Marly...Plus tard lorsque nous nous sommes parlés, il m'a révélé qu'il se sentait beaucoup mieux, comme revivifié, car il était malade et déprimé...J'ai moi-même ressenti un sentiment de quiétude et de paix intérieure, comme à l'intérieur du Crop-circle de Marly...
