I've flown enough times out of London City mainly to Zürich, but also to München, Tegel, and Tempelhof. Isn't the Jumbolino wonderful? The Swiss replacements won't be the same, nor will London City. The BA twin jets are horrible.

The RJ100 is apart of the second generation BAcJet family. The first generation was the BAe146-100/200/300. Their sucessors were the RJ-70/85/100. The third generation was the discontinued RJX-70/85/100 family. The subsequent families to the original BAcJets included technolgy and performance improvments, whilst utilizing the same airframe

Northwest Airlink (I think it was then, could be wrong, but some branch that Northwest uses.) flew the RJ-85, I was lucky to fly on it, very cool aircraft!
ZRH aah I was forced to pass a night there because I lost my LX corresponding flight due to late arrival of my first flight in GVA. They put me to a morning flight and another change where i had to wait 3 hours and 40 minutes.
The plane was originally built for the rojal airforce (for parachute missions etc i have been told), and later on reconfigured into a passenger version.

They're in the same manufacturer right? It's British Aerospace.
