You tell Spider-Man that Morlun is back in town, and he'll be buying a one way ticket to AS FAR AWAY AS FUCKING POSSIBLE as soon as you utter Morlun's name. I don't think even Wolverine could take him.

Spider-Man went nuts and changed into a kind of spider-man-monster and killed Morlun (who was resurrected later on). Then Spidey died in Mary Jane's arms.

Well this is much as I know. Morlun had lived thousands of years killing super beings and consuming they're powers, so when he see's Spidey he wants to get his power, but when he does he ends up consuming the radiation in Spiderman's body and dies

And after he died he some how came back from the dead. During this time Peter was terminally ill and that's why he got his ass handed. When Pete is at the hospital the "Spider" in Peter wakes up and kills Morlun again

Because right before then, Morlun gave him the absolute *WORST* pounding that the Arachknight has EVER taken.

When Peter Parker was bitten by the radioactive spider, he fusioned with the Spider. After he "died" after the fight against Morlun the Spider-part in him wanted to live on, fought and was reborn as a new fresh human, just like a Spider sheds his skin once in it's life.

I rate that they practically erased Straczynski's run. It was strange that they added mysticism to Spidey's origin, but the majority of his story arcs were great. I liked that Spidey was a lot stronger, but not invincible.
