What ever this "creature" is, it moves fast. It had no problem getting over the fence. It some what had a humaniod look to it but not quite. I broke it down also and went over it frame by fame and enhanced the pictures. It almost looked as if it was a cross between a human and a dog like animal. That is the closest comparison that I could make on it. There are animals or should i say creatures in this world that have yet to be discovered.

Okay. I broke down the video because honestly I thought it was a dog with a fuzzy Halloween costume on because of it walking on all four's. But when I put this video in frame by frame it isn't a person or an animal for that matter. @hollyhamilton88 I broke it down myself...not because I didn't believe it, but because I swore I saw the thing right in front of them around 56 seconds (not sure out to tag times). I put the video in full screen and took a couple screenshots. All I did was lighten them up and there is a clear humanoid creature running away. Creepy stuff....it wasn't more that 6 feet in front of the guy...and it looked big...it stood taller than the dumpster while crouching slightly (it was running away).

(assuming this isnt a hoax) it has the movement characteristics of a toad or bullfrog that is facing away from the camera, it appears to be glowing, and in slimy skinned creatures at angles like that it may look that way when against the dark. the sounds at 0:21 and 0:23 sound Unlike a frog. it looks like it turns its head back when he taps on the window and then hops away, im guessing its some sort of oversized red or brown bullfrog and that the sounds were from something else.
