However on the internet, the term is mostly used to describe people who are sexually attracted to such characters. Fan favorites include Robin Hood and Maid Marian (the disney version obviously), Fox and Krystal, Renamon, Minerva Mink, all the characters from Sonic the Hedgehog, etc. A small percentage like to dress up in costumes but that's a pretty expensive hobby^^

there are so many different kinds of people that call themselves furries that the only definition which would encompass all of them is very broad and vague. probably "someone with a fascination with (usually humanoid) animal characters". It's usually sexual.

Doug Walker knows very well that the furry types mentioned in this video were stereotyped, and that about half of self-proclaimed "Furries" don't even have anything to do with the suits. This half just prefers to draw themselves as anthropomorphic creatures rather than human beings. Why they do, I'll never know, but the point is that Doug is not the idiot you make him out for.
