the vid was alright, kinda shaky and kinda gave me a head-ache. but that horse is pretty fast, i can guarantee not as fast as mine, b/c mine is a Thoroughbred and raced for 11 years and made over $300K ($300,000).

Actually, assuming this is a Quarter Horse, you're horse is definately not a better sprinter. :) Over a quarter mile, your TB would get creamed by a QH, no offense. That's where they get their name. ;)

Not very smart to be running your horse down a hard gravel road. Even with shoes on... Your horse can develop road founder. It's also not good for his joints. Just something to think about. mainly just ride for fun. monty and i love to run and just run anywhere. during the winter we sometimes go sorting. he's an arab so he doesnt really have the greatest cow sense, but at least he's not scared of them. he's pretty versitale tho. we do 4-H speed events
