OK, please don't get angry anyone, i don't wish to offend: I am reading the book of pinocchio and have seen the disney film so i thought to watch this one (I love dawn french too so thats also why) but I don't find this funny, appetizing, well-made or even remotely entertaining. infact I find it annoying, disrespectful to the book and I find that whoever filmed doesn't seem to know how to use a camera! I know none of you will even care for what I say but if you do I would like to hear a opinion.

I've not read the book. D: Didn't even know that there was an "official" version. Either way, I'm not going against your opinion. In fact, in reality, I quite agree with you, but this is still my favorite Pinocchio movie out of all of them- mainly for the music and the... Ummm... I sound weird saying this, but I... I LOVE the puppet! Hes just too cute with those huge blue eyes. D: It makes me melt like I do when watching Edward Scissorhands...

When I was little, I saw this on TV and I think after a while, I begged mom to turn it off because Pinocchio was scaring me. I couldn't even THINK about all the pastries, I was so scared. But now, since I was 13 (I'm 18, now), I LOVE this Pinocchio- its my FAVORITE. :3
