heres some contructive criticism so dont take it as flaming. extend yourself, get lower on your stances, dont rush, and put more effort into it.

Good job but try not to rush the form. Sink for the tigers and bow and arrows. Feel the horses at times. Certain appliations are based on those very stances your walking through. Be rooted
