HELP!! how do you make sims2 videos not fuzzy and blocky?

so basically im making a Sims 2 movie using windows movie maker.

but whenever i film a clip and look at it in my documents, it comes out looking fuzzy and blocky; Ive put up all the graphics bars and set all the bars too high, (not uncompressed) but it still looks dodgy. please help :(.
