Presence of self is what life truly is. Being in tune with your breathe moment to moment will allow you to live a lot longer and happier life. Even in acting they say it's all about being in the moment. Or in yoga it's all about the breathe in the moment. The now. Love this video.
The book: Power vs. Force - David Hawkins, suggests that only very recently have we human beings have become more collectively aware of our "sleeping" condition, and are finally beginning to wake up. The book is fantastic. Challenging, but very encouraging.
This is an excellent, accessible and entertaining series comparable to 'What the Bleep do we Know?'. Is this a PBS series or was this made directly for DVD?
This was created for a website (Google Global MindShift) and is used in an online conversation series. It is also available on DVD, which can be ordered through the Global MindShift website.
Lets stay cool. Voting bush , globally, was an act of integration, because the greens, alternatives and lefts have not understood the values of the less evolved, now we were forced to learn it the ugly way(bush), and, that also is a lesson, that we must integrate progressive and conservative moving, because if we split and just want to be "good", this will happen again and again. Bush is a symbol for our collective ignorance.

I'm not a big fan of the word "human"
Blacks law dictionary describes human as a monster, sub man, less than man, the colored man?

We can blame our follies on one person, or accept our own, and begin to change and know that we are serving the greater good by doing so.
