This concert was indeed filmed in 1981 for HBO. It has never been released on DVD. You can find it on VHS though from time to time if you look on EBAY or Amazon. It is truly one of her most amazing performances. She wasn't crying though due to Robin's death. Robin did not die until Oct of 1982. She was sad cause it was the very last night of her solo tour and she was to leave immediately to go back to Fleetwood Mac. Not something Stevie was looking forward to at all.

There are no Fleetwood Mac members in her band. Waddy Wachtel is on lead guitar, Russ Kunkel is on drums, Roy Bittan of the E Street Band is on piano, Bobbye Hall on percussion, Benmont Tench on organ, Bob Glaub on bass, Sharon Celani and Lori Perry(now Nicks) singing backup vocals.
