michael didn't hate his father, joe may have done HORRIBLE things but michael said he loved and forgave his father. he even made a speech i think it was his oxford speech in 2001 or 2002 where he speaks about his parents and he understands them more but the media never airs that. his father was also by his side during his 2005 trial. joe may act like an ass somethimes but he loved his son, he's just old skool.

And also, if I had just lost my son, I would be LOSING MY MIND not telling people I was "fine"....is he that heartless??? The whole world was losing their minds because Michael was dead but his own father was so calm about it and acting like it was no big deal. Janet was way more upset than Joe was and it shows why she and Michael were so close and why Michael left nothing to his father. I hope he stays far far away from Michael's kids!!! Yeah, Joe Jackson should be ashamed of himself and how he has acted following the death of his son...A son who might not have been perfect, but who did his best to live a life that was full of kindness and love for others. We should all take comfort in knowing that Michael did not repeat this mistake with his own children, who were clearly loved by him and who loved him right back. Michael was the type of father Joe should have been.

This is so fucked up. This idiot was the father of Michael and he displayed no emotion even though his son died two days previous to this event???!!! I never even met Michael yet my heart was ripped apart when he died and the tears were far from over weeks after he was gone...Poor Michael - no wonder he was sad! Yeah, Joesph obviously has some problems and should have never been given the honor of being Michael's father. He didn't deserve to have a son like Michael (or any of the other 8 kids) I thought of Michael as a part of my family and he really was someone I would have done anything for...when it was reported he was broke, I wanted to send him all the money I had to help him out. When he was sad, I wanted to comfort him, when he was happy, I was happy! Its all because I loved him so very much!!!

Yeah, I loved Michael like he was my father, my brother, my son, and my best friend....He was so very important to me even though I was never lucky enough to meet him. I would have done anything for him because of what he did for me....I owe Michael so much and I would have sent him my last dime if it would have helped him - he's who I strive to be like (a good person....I suck at singing and dancing so I'll just leave that up to those who have talent!!! *LOL*)
