I think its kinda sad how surgeons who spend many years of education and training almost just have to give it up because that some robotic thing is performing most for them in the surgery. Its like taking a 20 year education you ain't gonna have use for.

Also I would not prefer to let a robot perform a surgery on me instead of a talented surgeon... imagine if the robot gets an error and rips your inside to your outside...

@Mikkhep Computers have a lower error rate then humans. But that's a side note, since the robot is not really operating by itself, it's being controlled by the surgeon. Considering that people's lives are at stake, if a robot performs surgery by itself and does better than surgeons, I'd rather robots operated on people even if surgeons were to be out of a job. The main concern here is the patient's health, not the surgeon's career.
