You just need a set up. You take the red cards to the bottom and the black ones on the top.

Just memorise that you need one of the reds on top.

Are you talking about Paul Harris's Galaxy (Art of Astonishment Vol. 3). It's the version of this trick that I do, and it doesn't need any gaffs or gimmicks (neither does this one). It's a great trick, but I never let the spectator shuffle. If they can't shuffle well it could mess it up.

well I guess that u are talking about some another version :D That one I mean is really simple. You just say, that u will deal cards for specat. and u will be just dealing red ones (or black). When u have about the half of red cards away, u should have a half shuffled cards and half all black. then u give them black cards and tell them to deal them on their own. hope u understand ;)

I know what you mean but Galaxy is better because they deal the whole deck with no stopping, and they can shuffle it. You should look it up if you're interested in this kind of trick. The Art of Astonishment series are amazing books. This one's in Vol. 3.
