  • how do you know that was some mysterious latino prisoner transfer?? Prisoners are not normally transfered by helicopter, and they never broadcast when prisoners are transported period. If a prisoner is being carried out of state, they are driven to an airport and either flown by small plane, commercial, or on con air. And I DO know what I am talking about!
