yeah, i kinda agree with yosep. What IS locking, specifically? I always hear it together with popping. I thought popping was when you pop your muscles, (flex), and lock is when your locked in place while you move to a different position to pop again. But i'm not positive. Can you clear that up please?

@supersmashgopher @supersmashgopher locking and popping are separate dances. Locking is a dance style that mainly has a lock along with other vocab moves. Popping is another dance style that includes tensing/flexing of the body. =) Check out Firelock or Hurrikane or Gemini if you want to see more locking. Check out Bionic, Electric Boogaloos, etc if you wanna see popping. Hope that helps.

@SirFligil oh nice, The song your hearing is a sample from Garage Band. Im not sure if Fort Minor uses garage band or another Mac product like Logic Pro but if you do your research on hip hop Music, traditionally DJs find samples from records and loop it in order to create a new creative song. For example, The Sugar Hill Gang Sampled from the song "Apache" by the Incredible Bongo band back in the 80s and about 5-6 years ago Nas sampled from same song to create "Made you Look."
