Olá Neuza, ehe muito obrigada por partilhar a receita, eu e o meu namorado experimentámos fazer ameijoas pela primeira vez na vida em casa, e bem, devo dizer que souberam a pouco! Tivémos sempre a seguir a sua receita. Nunca mais me apanham em restaurantes onde pedem quase 10xs mais, garanto que dei menos de 2€ por meio quilo e foi simples, para a próxima compro 1kg XD

Starting to like more and more clams in all sort and shape.

How pritty they are fresh and on a plate! Every country has it´s own (freshly available) type, so go and look for it!!

@dekkermarcus I didn't find the story about the clams but if this Bulhão Pato is the same as the poet, what I found out really curious is that he died here in the little town where I still live and grew up: Monte de Caparica!
