From the 3-part Angry Video Game Nerd Ghostbusters reviews videos, the Master System version of the original Ghostbusters was considered to be the best of three, with the Atari 2600 in second, and of course, NES the worst.

It's safe to say that those of us who wasted our time with Ghostbusters had a little piece of our childhood die when we saw this ending.
