This jacket doesn't require that much effort, it's just using your clothes some glue and thread and a little imagination.

i have a question, on the collar of Naruto's jacket, it has like a ribbed pattern. I haven't seen many people cosplay with a jacket that has a collar like that, and they don't seemed to be sold that way either. Is there a way of implementing the ribbed pattern into the collar of an existing jacket, or would it be easier simply to try to find a black jacket with the collar already ribbed? Thanks beforehand for any help you may chose to give, these are very well made tutorials.

@IrishCinema7 I would say its easier to get the one that's already ribbed. Because that collar is really difficult to make (I thought about it when I was making the jacket and found its a royal pain). So I'd get the one that's ribbed if that's what you're really going for.

@Ninjagirl812 Yeah! Do Sexy no Jutsu Kiba and Naruto! SNJ cosplays are a lot of fun and you can do a lotta improvising with the costume. Just be sure to make it so people CAN tell that you are female Kiba and female Naruto

@darkprincess4267 Yeah! Its the same basic Idea you're just going to have to use different fabric and make new accessories to the jacket, but yeah it should work for the Naruto Pre-Shippuden Jacket

Awesome tutorials I'e decided to make my own hurray! All I got to do now is sew it all up and go except I did it different from naruto's... I left the hood on, made the swirly thingies more swirly, and the swirly thingy on the arm is fuzzy... Oh well XD

Ok im going to try to make it but what kind of orange pants do we use and how do u make the thing wraped around narutos leg

orange pants that are relatively the same color as your shirt, something baggy and something you can cuff up at the bottoms. And the wrap:I cut a wide strip of white t-shirt wrapped that around my leg, the black part in the middle....what I did was cut a thin strip of black from my t-shirt and cut another hole and sewed a button on the other end and just buttoned it. But I highly reccomend you use velcro. So you don't have to worry about it falling off XD

Hmmm, with pure fabric? I suggest you look up the model of your machine online and try to find some tutorials. As for the fabric, I suggest you either use some of your best fitting clothes as your outline, or measure yourself using measuring tape or the fabric measuring tape. I also suggest you look at some of your clothes and see how they're sewn so you can mimic that ^^

Hmmm, maybe. If it has a pocket you can probably sew it inside out where the pocket part doesn't show or just cut the pocket off. If you wanna keep it, keep it :]
