If you're telling the truth you are within your rights to refuse, but then they arrest you anyway, take you to the station and fingerprint you, goodbye anonymity!
What about the details of your fingerprints that have bn recieved at the other end....will they be deleted albeit being deleted on the gizmo in front of you???
