@Derp17000 You are simply ignorant. This is someone's child, not the derogatory term you called her. You must feel like a really big, important person, you just called a BABY a name.
@Derp665 You obviously don't understand how vaccines negatively impact the immune system, especially of a child. How do you think the human race survived on this planet before vaccines were made? This little girl eats better than most civilized people have ever eaten for the last 1000 years. Illness and disease only strike those who are nutritionally deficient and who consume processed foods, grains, and sugar. She obviously is not deficient. See this video: /watch?v=yvWTK0H3bBQ
@fetymann well our lifespan is getting bigger and bigger because of proper medication, and im aware that there are very bad meds like a swine flu shot which does more harm than good, i was actually infected with swine flu and got better in a week, but there are good ones with no side effects like a hepatitis B shot... because if she gets hepatitis b and it turns chronic, her good diet wont save her liver from failing
@Derp665 I've read about people curing Hep C with colloidal silver. I don't see why it wouldn't work with B. It is well known that silver kills a wide variety of viruses, bacteria and fungus.
@Derp665 Who says I'll die? Who says my immune system can't handle it? Who says I don't know how to cure myself of said disease/illness? Knowledge is power. It all depends on how you treat your body and maintain it, and of course what you feed it. If I could be born all over again, I would rather not be vaccinated. There are many people that are totally unvaccinated and live a full healthy life. Why? Because their parents knew how to properly feed and take care of their children.
@fetymann i didnt realize you were a doctor and could make tests on yourself to see what kind of a disease you have before you realize you have it and take magic shrooms to cure, for example liver failure and fyi if we didnt have vaccines we would still be dieing of smallpox
@fetymann How did the human race survive before vaccines? Well, let's see: people were lucky to live past the age of thirty and epidemics periodically arrived which could wipe out half the population. I'm going to go out on a limb and say we're better off now. Of course, eating healthy is better, but discounting positive advances in medical science is just ignorant. Medical science doesn't have every answer, but then, living a healthy lifestyle doesn't magically fix everything either.
@alaskafido Sure, hence, not everyone back then ate that well. The more isolated communities and tribes that had an array of foods lived to ripe ages. Unfortunately the "positive advances" are not creating very much true health, they are more for creating profits and a belief system because of their ability to hide sympotoms. Yes, some drugs will keep you alive, but more importantly it all comes down to the food and building natural immunity. /watch?v=yvWTK0H3bBQ
I think what we are seeing here is a result of not eating the processed chemicals and out right poisons most people consume from birth, rather than the result of a raw veggie only diet. Most food at the supper market isn't even really food at all. I once read the ingredients of processed cheese slices. Cheese and milk were conspicuously missing from the list. I don't know what those slices were but the certainly weren't cheese or even food.
@VelvetyThornz Of course! Proper nutrition contributes to brain function and cognition. Why do you think most kids these days are so dumb, have health problems, and crooked teeth?? They are raised on processed crap companies decide to call it food. See this video: /watch?v=yvWTK0H3bBQ
@fetymann thanx for the link and i am glad finally their is info out there to make people more aware and for those who choose to follow will help their young one's, but for the one's left out and keep being a slave to lies makes me sooo sad their is soo much unjust stuff going on out there and i hope that more people awake from the lies so they can make a change and break the chains that are slowly killing sooo many innocent people.
I believe any improvement in diet is good. As for vaccinations, well, people who don't vaccinate their kids are safe insofar as the number of vaccinated kids around them stays relatively high. I'm afraid the growing number of people who think they're doing 'the healthy thing' are just playing roulette. Sorry, but if a kid is not vaccinated against polio and then is exposed to it, chances are very good they'll get it. My aunt was never vaccinated against polio and she's permanently crippled.
@alaskafido That's too bad because as with most viruses and bacteria, silver ions will destroy them. The use of colloidal silver should be used by everyone that wants to cure themselves if problems arise.
what thats great hair for a two year old. not every little girl looks like repunzzle. have you not ever walked into a kindergarten totally normall. shes plump and quick minded love it. my kids are 50 percent raw meaning fruit in morning. sometimes cucumber for dinner eggs someitmes
@BhappyBnanach I'm not going to lie and say, "well, when I really think about it, I guess I have." No, I haven't. From my experience (just mine), they've all had lengths that at the very least brush the shoulders at two. Which is why I stated my concern. It was a question out of concern, not out of spite. Please see the difference.
There is nothing in this video that purely suggests malnutrition. Wherever the parents are, they best ignore comments from people that contain statements like "hair health signals a deficiency of some sort..." Does that sound like a professional, educated opinion to anyone? I would not, could not, as a qualified clinical nutritionist, make such judgements from a short video without consultation.
@quietmountain8 I agree, My daughter Aya has hair JUST like I did when I was her age. Exactly! like mine lol, now I have a full head of brown hair (I was light light blonde just like her)... So I'm not worried xoxo
@quietmountain8 I wasn't making judgments at all. I applaud them for the work they're doing and as a vegan myself, *this* is what I strive for. Your anger is misplaced here. Like I said, I couldn't find my first comment, which I'm sure was worded better, but give me a break with the nastiness. Good God. And is it not a fact that lack of hair health is a signal for something? Usually when someone takes stock of their nutrition, it's the first thing they notice.
@samtyler81 I did not at any time express anger towards anyone and I am sorry you perceived it that way. Please read what I said again. I also never said that hair health is not a reflection of nutrition, but the health of hair reflects many things, not just nutrition. You cannot determine that by simply watching a video of someone.
@samtyler81 Diagnosing malnutrition usually takes more than a 57 second video. When you make such comments you need to remember that there are real people, real parents and a real child, at the receiving end of your comments and you have no right to offer your unsolicited diagnoses.
@samtyler81 I just read my comments again and I would really, really appreciate if you could tell me in what way they gave the impression of anger? I simply cannot find anything there even slightly suggests anger.
I knew before I looked at the comments that people would make judgements on these parents without knowing anything about them or their child or anything about nutrition.
Ugh, I don't see my comment anywhere, or if it got any replies.
I was just wondering, because of the state of her hair what's being done to address whatever deficiency she has. Has anyone offered suggestions? It's not the hair of an average two year old, and hair health signals a deficiency of some sort...
@samtyler81 Hi Sam, I do appreciate your concern, although both my twin sister and I had the exact same hair till we were a little over three years old. I have her (Aya's) blood checked for deficiencies and nothing has come up. I can tell you this, She looks JUST like we (my sister and I) did. So I'm not concerned, maybe if she's 4+ with the same hair, I will look into it (but that is doubtful, as her hair has already grown in much more since this video was taken).
@MindDeprogrammer FYI as a two year old my sister had similar hair - and we were not vegan. My daughter, at two, had very similar hair as well - for some people thin/short hair is simply genetic, and not a sign of any issue.
@MindDeprogrammer Thank you for the reply. I certainly didn't mean it in a negative way - was only curious. You both seem to be doing an excellent job and I applaud you for that. She is definitely very bright and well loved =]
I think it's also important to note that you can be "vegan" and NOT be healthy - I mean, Coca-Cola is technically vegan - though I doubt anyone (regardless of which diet they choose to live with) would consider it healthy.
It's important we limit refined/processed foods (I've managed to eliminate them completely), and ensure that regardless of our dietary choice, that we get regular testing to ensure we are getting all necessary nutrients.
Some people don't do well as vegan, others thrive.
@LCHFinCanada We're not "fully" covered, Aya's MMA (Methylmalonic acid) test is not covered... it costs about 75 bucks each time, depending on the lab. maybe one day it might be covered, but the cost is worth it to make sure she's healthy :)
@MindDeprogrammer the fact that you take the time and the expense to test MMA impresses me. It's one of the sure ways to catch any B12 issues BEFORE the B12 actually shows as deficient.
Good for you.
I wish more vegans would take this much effort. For some reason, many claim they don't need to worry about B12... or think they get enough from Nori or other seaweeds, which isn't always the case.
@blackcrow6667 autism is not caused by vaccinations it's been proven. What's also been proven is the worst epidemic in California in 55 years was caused by unvaccinated children spreading disease, infants too young for vaccines died as a result. That's why we have vaccines because people much smarter than you and I devote there whole life working in labs and clinics , to develop ways to protect us. Throughout history children and newborns died at shockingly high #'s due to disease.
@Mcnut420 there has been some adverse reactions - yes but those far outway the risks of not vaccinating children. Research ? On the Internet ? Where do you suggest people do research? The people who do research on these issues are people who are still in labs/ hospitals/ research centers with PHDs and decades worth of education. My brother is a craniofacial surgeon member of Mensa - he's not paid by big pharmaceuticals to spread lies - he just has a genius iq and a VAST knowledge of biology
@LoveJillianXenia Awesome. Make sure you get a nice shovel so you can keep your head buried deep in the sand. I could care less about your brother or your doctor. When's the last time any Doctor cured anything? Meanwhile, the allopathic community kills over a million people a year. Ever see the igredients in vaccines? Tell your Mensa brother to explain to me how alluminum is going to save me. You work for Big Pharma?
unvaccinated children c pass viruses along to newborns.. no legitimate doctors or scientists support not vaccinating. There is so much mis information out there with junk science and false logic! The worst epidemicin 55 years ruled to be the cause of unvaccinated children spreading illness. My brother is not paid by big pharmaceutical companies to promote vaccines, he just has decades worth of biology and specialty training the lay person could never hope to understand.
This is the way to do Veganism, if that's your choice of lifestyle.
It's obvious these vegans pay attention to their health, get regular lab-work, monitor for any deficiencies and make changes when needed.
There are many vegans who claim they won't/can't get deficient and that's just not true.
Health is important, and monitoring it allows you to live your lifestyle according to your personal ethics. Without careful monitoring, and meal-planning, you CAN be deficient.
@LCHFinCanada Whats your view on birthing and raising children on a raw vegan diet though? The probiotic issue coming through the birth canal. Proper fats for eye and brain development?
@HappierHealthierYou I would think pure, RAW vegan might be very difficult and possibly dangerous.
My view is the same as what most of the clinical research shows - supplementation (especially B12, but also watch calcium, iron, protein, B6, Zinc, etc. levels) for pregnant mothers is exceptionally important, as well as nursing mothers. But a vegan diet can include a healthy amount of fats (think Avacado, Coconut, Red Palm Oils, etc.) important to the child-rearing process.
@LCHFinCanada I am in love with the idea of more raw fruits and veggies. 99.9% of people could add more of those. I personally think a 100% raw vegan diet for the mother prenatal and child during infancy is not good, im not saying its impossible. Its very murky now a days becuase you can always use a SAD/vaccinated mother/baby as a base model... Personally i hope the vegan movement moves progresses to the plant based movement, even if some still want to be 100% raw vegan...
@LCHFinCanada For two reasons, 1.) that diet message could reach so many more people, and help so many peoples health. 2.) in todays world i highly question the animal rights part to the diet. Buying big corporation vegan products, flyong in exotic fruit, supporting big mono crop agriculture.... I honestly hate to say it, but hunting a wild deer and having thee months of calories saves more animals lives and aniamals habitats.
@HappierHealthierYou I also agree people need to add much more raw veggie into the diet, and fruit if you tolerate it. Myself, I'm a severe diabetic and simply cannot tolerate fruit- except low-GI fruit in moderation.
After much research and self-experimentation, I chose to eat LCHF to manage my diabetes - but I eat far more veggies than most people who choose low-carb - and I'm very picky about where I get my meat, eggs, etc. from.
Raw, organic, hormone-free foods are by far the best, yup.
she is so cute, but why not vaccinate her, no harm as ever came to a child(that I know of) who has been vaccinated. I'm sure her parents love her and want whats best for her, so then why not protect her from sickness. Either way this is my oppion and not my child, but I wish the best.
@Mcnut420 As with medication, there are adverse reactions. However, especially for vaccinations the pros far outweigh the cons. I just hope you're not one of those people in the vaccinations causes autism camp. When you're not vaccinated the only "protection" you have are those around you are vaccinated so they are not likely to pass the disease along. However, once you get the disease it's game over. In addition, the general adverse effects to vaccinations are be mild.
@Nanotech11 Im not in the vaccinations cause autism camp. I am however in the "eat fruits and vegetables to stay healthy camp". Keep your Big Pharma propaganda. You and LoveJillianXenia must be good buddies. I'm not trying to offend anyone, but I see the truth over all the lies. Hopefully one day you two will wake up and see these vaccinations are very dangerous and more over, very unneccesary.
@Mcnut420 Ok I don't agree with what you said but this whole "you and LoveJillianXenia are friends" argument is just wrong and I really don't like these kinds of arguments. Times when people say "oh you buy microsoft products so you must be a microsoft fanboy" or "you buy apple products so you must own apple stock" is just ludicrous. I have never met this "lovejillianxenia" so stop branding people together, it's highly unnecessary.
@Mcnut420 By the way you should look up what the actual diseases do (tetanus, polio, hepatitis) and you yourself should compare the pros and cons. What if you get such disease? I'm not talking about influenza shots here (I personally don't get influenza shots anyway).
@Nanotech11 Your right about me branding people together, I sincerely apologize, that was wrong. I have done a lot of research and watched more than enough videos to realize the CONS to vaccinations. Just take a look at what is in the vaccines and you may realize it's just another money making product from big pharma. And if I ever did get a disease, any disease, I would take care of it myself. Go to Robert Morse ND's page on youtube and you will see what I mean. Enjoy my friend.
this is beautiful and wonderful,,,,notice how aware she is,,,,i have 4 and 5 year old vegetarian non-vaccinated children but also 18 and 14 year olds who have never had "deficiencies kick in"... one other thing, we dont get sick... in 18 years i cannot remember a time when my children were sick~! oh,i have experienced them with a cough or sore throat try to set in,,,but with intention and having them 'put up their shields' it is gone in hours, not days,
i've read about old philosophers who haven't eaten or drank anything in 20 years from just taking a 1.3grams of the quintessence of the sun of the first order, split up over the 20 year period.
I started giving my baby formula when she was about 5 months, due to a health problem I had. I feel so guilty and sad I had to do that. Now I am trying to avoid certain vaccines too, the pediatrician makes me feel so guilty. :0( ... I support these parents. I hope this child grows to be very health like our grand parents who ate less processed food and had less vaccines and yet live longer. I wonder, how is this child going to be admitted to school, isn't it mandatory to be vaccinated ?
I'm still amazed when people say to raw foodists or health-consious vegetarians/vegans, "but I'm worried its not healthy...." I'm a health-conscious vegetarian (trying to go Raw again) and my S.A.D. friends at work often say that to me. But get this: every one of my 15 coworkers is sick at least once a month. Meanwhile, in over 6 years I have only missed one day of work due to illness (allergic reaction to dairy). The proof is right in front of me.
Every time i come and see you 2 videos and stories, i get some pumped up with good and positive energy, and i am always kinda 'dead' in a way, thanks guys... BTW.. didnt got any flu or kinda of illness for about a year and a half, and didnt got h1n1 vaccin. ;)
Also, I know some toddlers are happy exclusively breastfeeding until around 30 months of age - breastmilk provides optimal nutrition as long as the mother is not deficient in vitamin D (from sunlight on the skin without burning) and also B12 (of which deficiency can also occur in heavy meat / dairy diets and is remedied with B12 injections or sublingual supplements), depending on whether the toddler is indicating they want additional solid foods or not.
Beautiful and intelligent little girl. I want my 2 year old raw vegan but my hubby is not in cooperation with me on that. He does eat healthier than most Americans though.
please tell me how did you get out of having to vaccinate her im going to be a grandma and me and my daughter would like to know because we are against vaccinations also .. many laws prohibit it ..HELP jhspooner2003@yahoo.com
Aya was breastfed up to two. And of course it's vegan to breastfeed lol, it's not a different species' milk, it's meant for human consumption :) and she got lots of it. xoxo
Leija: Have you viewed any videos about joan Ocean - a dolphin and whale researcher who does tours in Hawaii with free dolphins? Her videos are suppressed on Youtube so she must be doing something right.. - - note- Not sure about the bieber and ludicras thing for a 2 year old either...bbut what do I know. I don't know them personnally....
LMAO - how adorable is this!!! She is so vibrant & full of luminous light! Yet so adult-like in her opinions already - check out how dead serious she got talking about Ludacris! This is awesome, exactly how every child should be able to be!
theres alot of these in my little town in Mexico...the majority of the moms have natural child births and we make zi cloze we just dont have videos of it
i was in tears after watching this, and i'm a 22yr old guy!! cute babies always make me cry, im such a girl, this is what all babies would be like if they weren't brain damaged from birth with all those vaccines and chemicals, well maybe, when i have a kid it probably won't see one conventional doctor or any tap water either..
She looks as vibrant/healthy and cute as every other normal toddler but I'm kinda worried that the deficiencies will kick in once she really needs energy and nutrition to grow. Well lets hope for the best for her and that her parents may be aware of her health enough to be willing to change something about her diet in case its needed at some point. <3
@nebenanx I understand this concern, but personally, I could say the same thing about most of the parents out there. Seems like most of us are so quick to jump to the whole "worried about the deficiencies kicking in thing" if the person is eating a very pure raw vegan diet, which is packed full of life force energy, vitamins, minerals, animo acids, etc. yet most people wouldn't think at all about criticizing your typical parent who vaccinates their child, feeds them lots of dead...
@nebenanx processed food- completely devoid of nutrition, etc. Her parents are very intelligent (not dogmatic) and her health is number 1. I'm sure that with the regular bloodwork she has done, if there are any deficiencies, they will make the changes accordingly. BTW, I have been a veg head my entire life and I am not deficient in what most people would assume I am- b12, iron, vitamin d, etc. :)
@LeijaTurunen My aunt is a strict Vegan and due to her deficiencies my cousin, was born with Spina Bifida, which was directly linked to her diet. I don't think you can dismiss the known difieciencies in the strict Vegan diet by generalizing and saying "most of the parents out there" feed their children "dead processed food". While I would agree that processed foods are bad for ones health, I do not see the problem with eating dead food. It is not necessarily unethical or unhealthy.
@fishicist Eating dead, non-nutricious, putrifying, toxic waste is indeed unethical and unhealthy. And a vegan diet in general is not deficient, it's not that not eating the flesh, eggs (periods) and milk from another animal will make someone deficient. Sure someone can be deficient if they eat mainly processed vegan soy products, undereat, have anorexia, or base their diet on things that are very low in calories and nutrients like say sprouts or greens. Don't cherry pick your info.
@thatfruitychick Ethics has nothing to do with nutrition. Saying dead flesh is "non-nutricious, putrifying, toxic waste" is VERY ignorant. White fish are low in fat, high in protein, and amino acids, taste good and are not full of toxic waste (dumb). A living fish, has the same chemical properties and nutrients as a dead fish. If the meat isn't rotten, that statement is undeniable. Its funny how the vegan diet allows any high fat, sugary food, it just cant have animal products.
@LeijaTurunen so because most people in the western world raise kids on a SAD diet we are going to limit our babies to strictly plant kingdom foods now??? Talk about throwing the baby out with the bathwater!
@astronautagogo I never said I think everyone should limit their babies to strictly plant kingdom foods...nor do I ever press my lifestyle upon people. This is why you don't see me telling people in my videos that I think they should go raw veg. I simply share with people what I'm doing & what works for me. But I do feel that most parents could give their children a more healthy diet, ie. more raw fruits & veggies, more healthy fats, less bad fats, less processed, refined crap, etc.
@LeijaTurunen "...nor do I ever press my lifestyle upon people. "
Thank you for having a commendable attitude. You've obviously chosen veganism for your own personal, ethical and peaceful reasons, and it shows.
astronautagogo has run into some of the same militant vegans as I have that do try to force their lifestyle upon people, and some say horrible, hateful things to us even if we're respectful, open/honest in discussion.
I'm glad you're showing a better-side of veganism.
@LeijaTurunen Just get her enough fatty foods, as her tummy isn't that big yet.. I do want to learn more about this though.. I'm a vegan, but not yet RAW.. not sure if that is where I want to go.. yet.. we will see what the future takes me. Wish you guys all the best, and God bless your family! <3
@nebenanx So what is a healthy diet for you?... mcdonalds and shit like that?...beeing healthy doesnt mean, having dificiences in certain vitamines...you got brainwashed by the mainstream media and try to corrupt others in that evil way.. Let them be... Its like, do you preffer the tomato with Ogms, or that good old gramma's tomato that have grown in her garden... just think about it for a second.
@Theuf28 Sooo. Why are you responding so agressively? I was neither saying that a healthy diet consists of Mc Donald's food nor do I think that you have a right to call other people brainwashed and corrupt (in a evil way) (especially since you dont know me and just assume negative things about me). Let's stay open and respectful to everyones opinion and not jump to conclusions. Okay? Peace and Light to you
very smart and cute.does she have 0 vaccines from birth ? that would be amazing.i always wondered what kind of difference it would make to have 0 vaccines.sadly my son recived all the vaccines up till 7yrs old,but no im aware and it fun to deny them needle pushers access to my childs blood stream.it will be intresting to see that girl in 10-15 years and see how much more alert, aware and smart, and healthy compared to those that are vaccinated agianst no deadly sicknesses
@18wheeler76 Wouldn't make any noticeable difference. Most people throughout history went without any kind of vaccination and they're just as smart and dumb as everyone else however, they probably had lesser risk of developing autism and other neurological conditions that can occur depending on the vaccine and how the immune system responds.
Leijaa Leijaaa...am i sensing some motherly divine feminine birth-giving vibes coming from you???are u trying to tell us something or am i wayy off???hehe!!i know u said u dont want any kids soon BUT times they are a changing and I KNOW that YOU & FELIPE are meant to bring into this world a BEAUTIFUL BRIGHT CRYSTAL LIGHT baby just like this one!!!just saying sis-star!!!hehehe!!lol

PS: Did you listen to (mute) Weston's telepathic radio interview? Another absolutely mind-blowing kid ~ well, 17yr old young man rather. He communicates with kids throughout the world telepathically ~ I guess like their invisible friend, & he also astral travels extensively. INCREDIBLE! WestonSchmier. com
@justtony789 ~ THANK YOU for asking. I wish everyone who knows an autistic or disabled child could listen to this interview. I cried ~ it was so beautiful. Weston is a angel sent to Earth to protect, love & nurture EVERY child, everywhere in the world.:)
Go to: nrqiradio. com and listen to a replay under the “archives” tab. Have 1 hour quiet time available. It's precious.
Weston and Meg (who 'translates his unbelievable telepathic messages) will be returning to nrqiradio on April 18. HOORAY!
Very nice! Will be interesting to see what becomes of this child when she grows up.. i hope her parents continue to share this beautiful girl with the world through videos such as this one!

Please see the difference.
samtyler81 1 month ago
There is nothing in this video that purely suggests malnutrition. Wherever the parents are, they best ignore comments from people that contain statements like "hair health signals a deficiency of some sort..." Does that sound like a professional, educated opinion to anyone? I would not, could not, as a qualified clinical nutritionist, make such judgements from a short video without consultation.
quietmountain8 1 month ago
@quietmountain8 I agree, My daughter Aya has hair JUST like I did when I was her age. Exactly! like mine lol, now I have a full head of brown hair (I was light light blonde just like her)... So I'm not worried xoxo
MindDeprogrammer 1 month ago
@quietmountain8 I wasn't making judgments at all. I applaud them for the work they're doing and as a vegan myself, *this* is what I strive for. Your anger is misplaced here. Like I said, I couldn't find my first comment, which I'm sure was worded better, but give me a break with the nastiness. Good God. And is it not a fact that lack of hair health is a signal for something? Usually when someone takes stock of their nutrition, it's the first thing they notice.
samtyler81 1 month ago
@samtyler81 hey it's all good Sam, I never thought you were saying it to be nasty, I saw it as a logical question you wanted to be answered. :)
MindDeprogrammer 1 month ago
@samtyler81 I did not at any time express anger towards anyone and I am sorry you perceived it that way. Please read what I said again. I also never said that hair health is not a reflection of nutrition, but the health of hair reflects many things, not just nutrition. You cannot determine that by simply watching a video of someone.
quietmountain8 1 month ago
@samtyler81 Diagnosing malnutrition usually takes more than a 57 second video. When you make such comments you need to remember that there are real people, real parents and a real child, at the receiving end of your comments and you have no right to offer your unsolicited diagnoses.
quietmountain8 1 month ago
@samtyler81 I just read my comments again and I would really, really appreciate if you could tell me in what way they gave the impression of anger? I simply cannot find anything there even slightly suggests anger.
quietmountain8 1 month ago
I knew before I looked at the comments that people would make judgements on these parents without knowing anything about them or their child or anything about nutrition.
quietmountain8 1 month ago
Ugh, I don't see my comment anywhere, or if it got any replies.
I was just wondering, because of the state of her hair what's being done to address whatever deficiency she has. Has anyone offered suggestions? It's not the hair of an average two year old, and hair health signals a deficiency of some sort...
samtyler81 1 month ago
@samtyler81 Hi Sam, I do appreciate your concern, although both my twin sister and I had the exact same hair till we were a little over three years old. I have her (Aya's) blood checked for deficiencies and nothing has come up. I can tell you this, She looks JUST like we (my sister and I) did. So I'm not concerned, maybe if she's 4+ with the same hair, I will look into it (but that is doubtful, as her hair has already grown in much more since this video was taken).
MindDeprogrammer 1 month ago
@MindDeprogrammer FYI as a two year old my sister had similar hair - and we were not vegan. My daughter, at two, had very similar hair as well - for some people thin/short hair is simply genetic, and not a sign of any issue.

LCHFinCanada 1 month ago
@LCHFinCanada that is completely true, i never get tested, how much is it?
HappierHealthierYou 1 month ago
@HappierHealthierYou I have no idea... In Canada we're all covered by our insane taxes for doctors visits and lab-tests - so it's free to us.
Of course, when you consider the 39% of my income that goes to taxes, it's not really free...
LCHFinCanada 1 month ago
@LCHFinCanada nice, yea its a mess in the usa also. cnt even imagine in five years, i might go hide out in the mountains of peru
HappierHealthierYou 1 month ago
@LCHFinCanada We're not "fully" covered, Aya's MMA (Methylmalonic acid) test is not covered... it costs about 75 bucks each time, depending on the lab. maybe one day it might be covered, but the cost is worth it to make sure she's healthy :)
MindDeprogrammer 1 month ago
@MindDeprogrammer the fact that you take the time and the expense to test MMA impresses me. It's one of the sure ways to catch any B12 issues BEFORE the B12 actually shows as deficient.
Good for you.
I wish more vegans would take this much effort. For some reason, many claim they don't need to worry about B12... or think they get enough from Nori or other seaweeds, which isn't always the case.
LCHFinCanada 1 month ago
@blackcrow6667 autism is not caused by vaccinations it's been proven. What's also been proven is the worst epidemic in California in 55 years was caused by unvaccinated children spreading disease, infants too young for vaccines died as a result. That's why we have vaccines because people much smarter than you and I devote there whole life working in labs and clinics , to develop ways to protect us. Throughout history children and newborns died at shockingly high #'s due to disease.
LoveJillianXenia 1 month ago

I could care less about your brother or your doctor. unvaccinated children c pass viruses along to newborns.. no legitimate doctors or scientists support not vaccinating. There is so much mis information out there with junk science and false logic!
Good for these folks.
LCHFinCanada 1 month ago
@LCHFinCanada Whats your view on birthing and raising children on a raw vegan diet though? The probiotic issue coming through the birth canal. Proper fats for eye and brain development?
HappierHealthierYou 1 month ago
@HappierHealthierYou I would think pure, RAW vegan might be very difficult and possibly dangerous.
My view is the same as what most of the clinical research shows - supplementation (especially B12, but also watch calcium, iron, protein, B6, Zinc, etc. levels) for pregnant mothers is exceptionally important, as well as nursing mothers. But a vegan diet can include a healthy amount of fats (think Avacado, Coconut, Red Palm Oils, etc.) important to the child-rearing process.
LCHFinCanada 1 month ago
@LCHFinCanada I am in love with the idea of more raw fruits and veggies. 99.9% of people could add more of those. I personally think a 100% raw vegan diet for the mother prenatal and child during infancy is not good, im not saying its impossible. Its very murky now a days becuase you can always use a SAD/vaccinated mother/baby as a base model... Personally i hope the vegan movement moves progresses to the plant based movement, even if some still want to be 100% raw vegan...
HappierHealthierYou 1 month ago
@LCHFinCanada For two reasons, 1.) that diet message could reach so many more people, and help so many peoples health. 2.) in todays world i highly question the animal rights part to the diet. Buying big corporation vegan products, flyong in exotic fruit, supporting big mono crop agriculture.... I honestly hate to say it, but hunting a wild deer and having thee months of calories saves more animals lives and aniamals habitats.
HappierHealthierYou 1 month ago
@HappierHealthierYou I also agree people need to add much more raw veggie into the diet, and fruit if you tolerate it. Myself, I'm a severe diabetic and simply cannot tolerate fruit- except low-GI fruit in moderation.
After much research and self-experimentation, I chose to eat LCHF to manage my diabetes - but I eat far more veggies than most people who choose low-carb - and I'm very picky about where I get my meat, eggs, etc. from.
Raw, organic, hormone-free foods are by far the best, yup.

Your right ,you dont know.....do some research...(not being ignorant or rude)
Mcnut420 1 month ago
@Mcnut420 As with medication, there are adverse reactions. However, especially for vaccinations the pros far outweigh the cons. I just hope you're not one of those people in the vaccinations causes autism camp. When you're not vaccinated the only "protection" you have are those around you are vaccinated so they are not likely to pass the disease along. However, once you get the disease it's game over. In addition, the general adverse effects to vaccinations are be mild.
Nanotech11 1 month ago
@Nanotech11 Im not in the vaccinations cause autism camp. I am however in the "eat fruits and vegetables to stay healthy camp". Keep your Big Pharma propaganda. You and LoveJillianXenia must be good buddies. I'm not trying to offend anyone, but I see the truth over all the lies. Hopefully one day you two will wake up and see these vaccinations are very dangerous and more over, very unneccesary.
Mcnut420 1 month ago
@Mcnut420 Ok I don't agree with what you said but this whole "you and LoveJillianXenia are friends" argument is just wrong and I really don't like these kinds of arguments. Times when people say "oh you buy microsoft products so you must be a microsoft fanboy" or "you buy apple products so you must own apple stock" is just ludicrous. I have never met this "lovejillianxenia" so stop branding people together, it's highly unnecessary.
Nanotech11 1 month ago
@Mcnut420 By the way you should look up what the actual diseases do (tetanus, polio, hepatitis) and you yourself should compare the pros and cons. What if you get such disease? I'm not talking about influenza shots here (I personally don't get influenza shots anyway).
Nanotech11 1 month ago
@Nanotech11 Your right about me branding people together, I sincerely apologize, that was wrong. I have done a lot of research and watched more than enough videos to realize the CONS to vaccinations. Just take a look at what is in the vaccines and you may realize it's just another money making product from big pharma. And if I ever did get a disease, any disease, I would take care of it myself. Go to Robert Morse ND's page on youtube and you will see what I mean. Enjoy my friend.

Also, I know some toddlers are happy exclusively breastfeeding until around 30 months of age - breastmilk provides optimal nutrition as long as the mother is not deficient in vitamin D (from sunlight on the skin without burning) and also B12 (of which deficiency can also occur in heavy meat / dairy diets and is remedied with B12 injections or sublingual supplements), depending on whether the toddler is indicating they want additional solid foods or not.

nebenanx 1 month ago
@nebenanx I understand this concern, but personally, I could say the same thing about most of the parents out there. Seems like most of us are so quick to jump to the whole "worried about the deficiencies kicking in thing" if the person is eating a very pure raw vegan diet, which is packed full of life force energy, vitamins, minerals, animo acids, etc. yet most people wouldn't think at all about criticizing your typical parent who vaccinates their child, feeds them lots of dead...
LeijaTurunen 1 month ago 42
@nebenanx processed food- completely devoid of nutrition, etc. Her parents are very intelligent (not dogmatic) and her health is number 1. I'm sure that with the regular bloodwork she has done, if there are any deficiencies, they will make the changes accordingly. BTW, I have been a veg head my entire life and I am not deficient in what most people would assume I am- b12, iron, vitamin d, etc. :)
LeijaTurunen 1 month ago 35
@LeijaTurunen My aunt is a strict Vegan and due to her deficiencies my cousin, was born with Spina Bifida, which was directly linked to her diet. I don't think you can dismiss the known difieciencies in the strict Vegan diet by generalizing and saying "most of the parents out there" feed their children "dead processed food". While I would agree that processed foods are bad for ones health, I do not see the problem with eating dead food. It is not necessarily unethical or unhealthy.
fishicist 1 month ago
@fishicist Eating dead, non-nutricious, putrifying, toxic waste is indeed unethical and unhealthy. And a vegan diet in general is not deficient, it's not that not eating the flesh, eggs (periods) and milk from another animal will make someone deficient. Sure someone can be deficient if they eat mainly processed vegan soy products, undereat, have anorexia, or base their diet on things that are very low in calories and nutrients like say sprouts or greens. Don't cherry pick your info.
thatfruitychick 1 month ago
@thatfruitychick Freelee is that you again?
astronautagogo 1 month ago

Talk about throwing the baby out with the bathwater!
astronautagogo 1 month ago

Thanks for sharing her with us Leija.

HOORAY!
