  • I know who you are Anonymous.... your Stephen Hawking !

  • Q: What is dianetics?

    A: Fucking retarded

  • How fucking retarded would you have to be to believe the crazy shit. So some guy named Zenu dropped aliens into Earth's volcanos and vaporized them with H-Bombs these vaporized alien spirits are called Thetans or something, and then invade your body causing mental and physical illness and cause you to believe in Christianity and psychiatry, then you get rid of thetans each time you piss, crap, or vomit. Also this Bridge of Freedom is getting rid of thetans permanently.

  • Scientology has nothing to do with science, Ron Hubbard was just smart to use a word people consider to have somethings to do with real science. L. Ron Hubbard was a vey smart science fiction writer. Ron did also knew a lot about hypnosis and manipulation. Hypnosis and manipulation leads to brainwashing. BRAINWASHING = hypnosis (manipulation of the unconscious and conscious mind) + intimidation + “caring” ↔ MANIPULATION.

  • Dianetics, is that kind of like global warming???

  • Hello!

I'VE READ EXCERPTS FROM 'DIANETICS' AND I NEVER WILL AGAIN. THE THEORIES ARE THE WORST KIND OF POPULAR TRIPE, THE METHODS ARE SLOPPY AND THE CONCLUSIONS ARE HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE

  • @TheIncredibleDrAss lol thats ur personal opinion, so might not work for you but doesn't mean it wouldn't work with others.

  • @1wun ...lets play spot the scientologist........

  • @pierre777able

then after lets play spot the sheep?

  • @1wun ...same thing, shirley?

  • always attack never defend is a quote in regards to ENGRAMS, the things in the past that mess people up. In no way should this video be credited as fact if they would twist a saying such as that. If L. Ron Hubbard had said "never defend people, always attack them" then i'd say good job film maker. But he did not. So i say you should be ashamed, sir, of this video. I'm not even a scientologist and I can say that.

  • @metalfeliac... Interesting post. Here's the quote "If attacked on some vulnerable point by anyone or anything or any organization, always find or manufacture enough threat against them to cause them to sue for peace.". Nothing to do with engrams.

If you aren't a scientologist, then you are poorly informed.

  • So does this video show support for Scientology? i got confused as to what points they were trying to make...

  • This is so lame!!! Where is the facts to back the claims? I never understand why people always use Webster as an authority, wasn't he a man that had "opinion"? So lame, I mean for real if your so awesome and enlightened, then what's with the 80's Max Headroom voice effects. Such a shame....

  • @walterkeathley amen

  • This has nothing to do with Atheists. I am an Atheist. I have high morals, and truly care about the existence of the Human race. I believe Science holds the key to our existence...certainly not Scientology. I was interested in Dianetics this morning when I checked the website...they certainly make it sound almost like a blassed item to ad to your life. Me being the person I am, I researched...after about 5 hours of hard research I have come to the conclusion that it is more dangerous to my mind

  • I completely agree. For a while now I have been searching scientology and dianetics on the internet, and have found no information on what they exactly are, their beliefs, or anything else. It's frightening, to say the least, how easy these attractive images and extremely vague 'explanations', that apparantly lead to happiness, can attract people. Visit the website, it's all a game to make you hand over cash.

  • ya...scientology is definitely a cult

i went to a scientology seminar...and they used hypnosis..but denied it was hypnosis and even said hypnosis is bad

i've seen pro hypnotherapists and have even done self hypnosis..they used it..and when they pull u out of the hypnosis, they have u look at a figure of l. ron hubbard and think wonderful happy thoughts

they bs on every level..they even told me my iq was 146 LOL appealing to the ego no doubt that draws people in..but its pure bullshit

  • Read the book "Kingdom of the Cults" by Walter Martin. This is a CULT.

  • They don't recognise the brain as being the source of the mind (which is BS). How do they explain every other neurological occurance which coincides with mental illness in certain capacities (pakinsons disease, dementia, epilepsy and other neurological disorders).

See Hubbard was so good at making everything into this black/white reality where there's no grey; and that's majorly why Scientology is as bad as it is.

It's their way or the highway; let's show them the road!

  • science and fiction are two different things.

  • There is a lot of fiction within science; go to a psychlogist for a complete evaluation; see how much distance there is between the report's conclusions and your perceptions

of yourself. Or take a good look at

    the pseudo-science known as Vivisection.

  • This picture makes Tiny look like Toms servant.

  • Get the book "A PIECE OF BLUE SKY" written by an ex-Scientologist that had risen to a high rank and then had discovered how much of a charlatan and liar that L.Ron Hubbard is. He states numerous examples and gives proof of the many time this guy has lid .

  • I think all the negative talk of Dianetics comes from the Christians.

Scientology is religion for the critical thinkers I bet.

""heaven hell angles and a god who does nothing""

    LMAO!ROFL

You Christians are weak minded sheep of the real devil of the earth corporatism.

  • I am a christian, and I use Dianetics, so have respect for one others religion!

  • so is it true they do some electric test , is this what this is? yes no- I thought Scientology's founder was a science fiction novel writer

  • a lot of it comes from atheists as well.

  • i was wondering what "it" was...that came from atheists. just curious.

  • heck, i can't remember now. the way youtube comments post, i can't even trace back to what i was responding to.

i really wish they'd change how comments post so we could follow the ebb and flow of discourse better.

  • It's a shame L Ron Hubbard didn't take his own advice re, mental health issues, as he died a screaming paranoid recluse...

  • it's caca

  • "This volume probably contains more promises and less evidence per page than has any publication since the invention of printing. ...It has borrowed from psychoanalysis, Pavlovian conditioning, hypnosis and folk beliefs, but, except for the last, these debts are fulsomely denied. The huge sale of the book to date is distressing evidence of the frustrated ambitions, hopes, ideals, anxieties and worries of the many persons who through it have sought succor." - Prof. I. I. Rabi on 'Dianetics', 1951

  • We Christians welcome criticism.. God says bring it on! Ask away =]

  • okay...my question is: why are you guys hypocrites?

  • Explain further?(I can't tell you what WE are hypocritical for because you can't stereotype a religion) I can only speak for myself.

  • YTMND

  • Thanks for this posting. scientology is a cult and their name should always be shown in lowercase as a symbolic gesture of their hanging their head in shame. Unfortunately they are now advertising on the very popular show, Deal or No Deal. I wish the producers of that show were more enlightened as to the dangers and outrageous, murderous practices of this cult, as detailed in among other places as a Rolling Stone article of a few years back.

  • progetto al primordiale

  • scritto male fa spirale

  • scinto 1 progietto ruota

  • ITs no more a Science than it is a Religion

  • Yup!

Oooo, a test for OBE claims (out-of-body),

    Sit Co$ victim down.

    Put cardboard box on head.

    Write something on box.

Get victim/practitioner to read it without removing.

Successful candidate should be able to then collect 1,000,000$ from Randi.

    Just a thought.

    :D

  • Bringing Logic to Scientology's door is like telling Vikings that there's no Vahalla.

  • Or like bringing table manners to a goat!

  • Interesting point re: science. If Dianetics is to be a science, it can only stand up as a hypothesis if tested under conditions which can be re-created by anyone, anywhere else under the same conditions, and achieve the same results. Said hypothesis would also lead to other questions, as everything is science does, rather than a stonewall of SP declares and Fair Game. No science. No religion. Pure b/s.
