Up your exercise and power thru! i m terrified of dumping as well so i feel your pain. not that i drank a lot either, but i am really wanting a mikes black cherry right now. thinking of trying a small amount of something on valentines day.

I had my first consult with surgeon today - unfortunately insurance requires 6 months with dietition - AHHHH! Oh well, gives me time to lose the 11 pounds I was told to lose - schedule a whole bunch of tests to get that out of the way. You're looking good girl - keep the faith.
