I already knew that Goutetsu was the master of Gouken and Akuma, but I have to admit I didn't know he died by the hands of Akuma.
I like this better his other theme just songs like a darker version of Ryu's which is retarded because if you dislike a guy so much why take his theme song with a twist? Never made sense to me.
This isn't his bloody theme. Go online and play against someone as they're using Akuma, I'm sure you don't hear this song if you've got arranged BGM on.

@MrDibara this is a bit of a late reply, but those are the prayer beads that Akuma took from Goutetsu when he killed him.
if you dont know, Goutetsu is the one who trained Gouken and Akuma.
