general question: can you do some drifting without the clutch pedal (I have the MOMO_Logitech combo with 2 pedals only)? Even tried to use the shift paddles as clutch replacement but drove me crazy after a while!
I tried LFS S2,i also own Rfactor and GTR2 . LFS has some physics problems at low speed, it's a very nice sim in many aspects , but some things are wrong, you don't really feel well when pushing your car around the limits , you start feeling it only once you are over the limits , and big-powered cars ( F1 for instance ) doesn't feel good for many people .
For me BMW M3C is the most realistic i've tried compared to my real life experience , behaviour/handling of the car is credible IMHO
I think the reason why u feel lfs is not right is because most of the cars in lfs do not have electronic aid system. that will be too complicated for our cpu to calculate.
most people used to drive cars with traction controls, stability controls, and etc.
however lfs now do comes up with some electronic things. u can feel the differences on the F1.06 between traction control on and off.
If you look for realism and own G25 wheel , it is the most realistic driving experience with a pc . Some Rfactor mods can come close , but this one is really the very best i've tried , the track is really well modelled , you can feel all the small bumps and nuances ,beautiful at night , really a great simulator , especially since it's free,too bad that there is just one car , i'd pay serious money for a complete simulator made by the same developpers

I sugget you to try the M3 Challenge Mod for GTR2. It's more easy to drift without the clutch. Go to "nogripracing" and download it.
