Ever since Smallville premiered, my prediction/wish for the last scene of the series would be a replica scene from Superman: The Movie, where Clark runs across the street ripping open his shirt for the first time. I would LOVE to see Smallville end with Clark doing that & running directly into the frame & then just fade to black on the "S" while the original John William's score plays in the background. Kara of Zor-El is older than Kal-El. On Krypton, when Kal-El was born, Kara was already a teenager or at least a pre-teen. When Zor-El send her to Earth, she was hit into suspended animation where her body doesn't age while Kal-El didn't. When Kara and Kal-El met, the found out that their cousins, but never know Kara true age. They explained it in the comics, that Kara and Kal-El are about the same age due to Kara in the suspended animation, but it wasn't certain excatly Kara's age.

I can tell you now: Bruce Wayne will NEVER be on Smallville. They even tried to bring him on during Season 3 (3?) as the amnesiac character of "Adam Knight." But they couldn't get the rights to have Bruce Wayne appear, so instead of "Adam" remembering that he was actually a guy from Gotham, he remembered that he was a psycho junkie and tried to kill Lana. Then again, EVERYONE tries to kill Lana, and when in Rome... I hope they never get their hooks into Wonder Woman, either. Think of the damage.

I know that years ago, Smallville *began* as what you're saying: They wanted to make a show called "Bruce Wayne" about Batman before he was Batman, but they couldn't get the rights (due to the infamous "Bat-Embargo), and the show eventually became Smallville. Yes, I've watched the panel clips that are posted on here, but they never said they PLAN to have Bruce Wayne guest or get his own show. They said they'd like to, but couldn't. Here's an exact quote from one of the producers concerning Batman appearing on Smallville: "It's not our fault. We've tried and tried, but because of the feature-film franchise, they've made that kind of off limits. Unfortunately." Batman is a heavily guarded property due to the Nolan films, and Smallvile CANNOT have him.
