Yes, a bowler must only be able to reasonably demonstrate that all gripping holes can be used for gripping purposes simultaneously As long as the ball is in specification as the ball rests in the bowlers hand it is acceptable

PBA has it's own equipment rules.

@Taz86 heavy oil house shots help push the shots that miss inside back to your break point if you are playing 20 to 10 and hit 22 the ball will skip longer and prob still make it out to 10. if you hit 23 instead of skidding like it would on a sport shot it hooks early and will be closer to the intended break point. If you didnt know that you honestly dont know shit about bowling. and um im bad at bowling over the summer i averaged 241 in my normal league and 191 in sport shot league.
