Try lining up far side of embouchure hole with centre-line of keys instead. That is, rotate the mouthpiece in towards you more. Depends somewhat on chin shape. See Jennifer Cluff's videos.

That's right. In my case, I had pain in my right wrist until I adjusted the mouthpiece. You have to find your position so that you can hold the flute in three points while holding a natural relaxed position :)

thank you very much!! I am trying to learn flute on my own recently. So it is a great help to know how to put the flute together, since I don't know anything about it! Can you tell me how to put my fingers on the notes?

I've been playing the flute for a while now and all off a sudden when i blow it, I only make a sound when i play Low notes and i get pretty much no sound when i play high notes. What's wrong with it or me?
