I never stand.. I always lay down on the couch or somethin (sitting my uper body up tho)

recently I tried crushing up a sleeping pill in the solution, it worked but it tasted so horrible

i've tried alot of stuff like that, but it taste too horrible

There are several reasos why that's inappropriate. If you occasionally have difficulty breathing, you should see a medical professional to determine the cause.This may be the wrong treatment and not help at all. You shouldn't ignore your symptoms. Also, all medications have side effects and contraindications. I wish you good healthll, because I'm a Respiratory Therapist and I ove to see people breathing well.
