  • No, I used a mixer . The motor should be powerful enough to grind the ingredients to a smooth paste ....

  • hi please tell me how long we can soak rice and dal...... i soaked it for 10 hrs and it taste wierd...please reply....

  • In my video, I have already told that you need to soak it for 3 hrs ... This is the max. time .... You have soaked it for 10 hrs and the dhal would have fermented and that's y it taste wierd ....

  • For Adai, there is no need to ferment the batter .... You can use it immediately ....
