Nono, The rapping sound was there. It was just a bit hard to hear from the screams. I mean. they must´ve made sounds of dragging and such when they were writting that all over everything. Rapping is the sound of when something is dragged, creeking (like when a house is settling),footsteps. Mostly average sounds a person would do with their enviroment while moving around in an everyday life scenario.

@GodspeedIV. I was just about to mention Elizabeth Bathory. These last 3 eps have some good stuff in it. The house itself reminds me of the Winchester House in Northern California. A lady built it in 1884 with a window built into the floor, staircases leading to nowhere, a chimney that rises four floors, doors that open onto blank walls, and upside down posts! She also built it to ward off and confuse ghosts. This anime has some excellent storytelling!

She was placed under house arrest and was forced to stay in the tower until she died. the blood of young beautiful girls was said to give everlasting beauty, which she wanted. I know I must sound like a twisted freak for saying so, but I idolize her for giving us the opportunity to base our own movies and books off of her deeds. She was also said to be the first female version of Dracula!

yeah, the creepy thing is, what dracula did was anyone who messed with his stuff (including people like servants i guess you could say) he'd basically hunt down the person, behead them, and pt their head on a stick, he did this so many times that there were heads on sticks surrounding his house and yes he did drink blood, some people say that he did this out of some pagan ritual of the powers of blood, but everything he did was to warn the people not to mess with him
