You'll have no problem. I'm 6' and its not a bad reach. Pegs are impossibly high, as they should be.

You don't "need" to remap with a core mod. Its just eliminating back pressure.
Its a good idea to do it because increasing air flow without increasing fuel will make it run leaner.

man you dont need db killers that would just spoil it! its not too loud, sounds sweet. i have 14 inch custom pipes, 3.5 inch diameter. they are loud!
