I don't know, but maybe they made white go first in chess because it was created a long time ago (was it?) when blacks were slaves and people here believed that white was the smarter, stronger and superior race, but of course a lot of people now know that's simply not true and they didn't have a scrap of proof to prove that. But a lot of people still don't want to accept it. Anyway, I don't even know if chess was invented in america.

hm, it'd only work if your opponent was new or really slow.. most people read what their opponent's planing through their moves.
