a blue glow.. that would imply that the electrical systems are not 100% efficient like he says. i believed lazar til now.

i think lazar said "near 100% efficient"

he said something along the lines of "if there was any energy lost, we were unable to detect it", so if he believes the blue glow is the result of "high voltage" he should understand that it's a very easily detectable loss of energy. i imagine a supposed propulsions expert would understand this.
