  • @VBH8888 yes, 307lbs, when you lift a stone it helps to not have a flat back.

  • @VBH8888 the way your body is set up you really are putting less leverage on your back. a deadlift with a bar has to stay in front of the knees, this motion can go through the knees so it does not exert the same kind of pressure on your back or low back. It is a lot of fun, you should try it sometime, just with someone who knows what they are doing because it can be dangerous.

  • @strongmanzack True back workouts etc can be very dangerous. Wish I had some rocks idk why but I think lift rocks be more fun than a bar with plates. Idk lifting rocks or natural stuff feels like childs play etc and caveman like lol.

  • @VBH8888 yup, it is a lot of fun, just go find a small/medium rock and pick it up, then move up, they can be natural stones, it dont matter, have fun!
