this seemed really helpful but every time I open a new image (i.e. file>new)

It will say 'error. send. don't send.' then it will all close!

do you have your text on a soild background? it may be only filling certain areas in the background if its not a solid color. Try outlining the text in a seperate image frist, and then transfering it to the image you were working on. I hope this helps!

I am not absolutely positive, but i think it was Basic Sans Heavy SF Bold (no, i do not have that memorized XD)
