  • Dude you at least need a spotter -- if that bar lands on your neck (which is very possible), you die. I don't think it's worth it.

There's been quite a few documented cases of people dying from the bench press. In those cases, they almost always involved using suicide grip (or not hooking thumb around bar) or putting on collars when benching alone, and not being able to tip the weight. In your case, it just has to slip...

  • Hey man I'm a 15 year old that was born without a right hand. I have tried so hard to find someone that created some sort of strap but I have not yet. Could you please tell me some tips and did the bar ever fall off? Please vote this to the top comments so this role model can help me out!

  • @mountaindewman007 i started messing around lifting finding the right balance on my nub and after some time i found the right spot, it takes trial and error but you eventually get a groove...and yes i have had the bar slip off with 300lbs on and bruise my ribs but i was sweating and had no spotter, remember to have a spot and talc it helps a lot... lol hope this helps you out a bit

  • Does that hurt your stub (idk what else to call it sorry)

  • @NYk1lla nah only if i go overboard on the weight and i call it my "nub"

  • @NYk1lla too much weight on the bar and i get a slight pain as in all lifting ...i call it my nub

  • Well shit if I weighed 350 pounds, rested half the weight on my nub, and only had to push it 6 to 8 inches in the air with my good arm ( which is very short and stubby ) id like to think most guys in decent shape would be doin AT LEAST 225. Video is far from inspirational, shows how weak and out of shape the guy is ( I'm a personal trainer and iv'e seen more upper body strength from middle school football players that are half your size ) and it was a waist of my time. Hilarious.

  • @MrJmb2 At least he is trying gee-sh i hope that you were just kidding when you said you "are a personal trainer" cause boy would i be mad as fuck to have you as a trainer. because in no way do you show support so either go back to whatever school you came from and learn some manners dude! because a pretty body like yours might be good and all but newsflash gals are not like guys we prefer manners over rude people.

  • @MrJmb2 What i find hilarious is that you are probably a child who benches around 40kg and 10 of that is the bar, and seems to think he's a personal trainer.

  • @MrJmb2 Nice positive attitude Mr. Personal Trainer....

Are you running for president too during election? If so, how will you be running, i want to make sure i catch your name on the ballet, thank you

  • @13andincrediblycut lol your a bull shit liar post a video of it and then ill believe you fucking loser

  • @ksmils90 Wow, such drama you express there with vague insults.

You should be on a soap opera like Days of our Lives or some thing. :)

  • @13andincrediblycut ok well im not insulting u im just calling u a liar lmao my friend is 16 and can only bench 200 and ur telling me u can bench 350 i kinda find that hard to believe especially cuz u didnt even start going through puberty

  • @ksmils90 No, my max on the bench is 410lbs raw with perfect form, bare suicide grip! XD

  • @13andincrediblycut just a quick question do you have a work out routine? like what days you do what parts?

  • @ksmils90 Not really......My body usually just alerts me whenever, usually every 3-6 days I do a random number of body parts, etc. But no I follow no strict schedules or any thing like that, and I stay drug-free always! :)

  • @lucynfer24 thanks and greeings from El Mirage AZ

  • Would one arm be way stronger, or would it like equal out?

  • @timemaster20 my left arm is actually stronger but its probably leverage

  • @phreak211 Well if you think about it the weights are leaning toward your left arm so your probably getting an uneven workout, but it's epic all in the same (it didn't seem like it hurt does it; just curious).

  • When you put your heart to something, anything is possible. Great job man!
