I first heard about Joseph Weed when I was watching an episode of Decoded on the History Channel. One exercise that caught my attention was multiplying two digits in your head, in order to increase your psychic awareness. Just multiplying in your head is very useful.

This video has a mechanical voice, they are using text aloud or some sort of computer voice. I prefer a softer human voice when doing a guided meditation.
