Thats an awesome find bud! Congrats. I just found my first SLQ like last Nov. So I know how you felt pulling it up out the ground. I never thought I would get one of those. You were on the border of the brush it looked like. The easy parts may have been hit, focus on the wooded parts right around that. Most detectorist may not have went in the woods. GL

@Dirtbarber Well, my tip for finding coins is if your hunting parks, search the edges of the grass, flower beds, sidewalk strips. Most people overlook those spots. Good luck and thank for watching.

@SoulSurvivorX2 I would set a dollar amount you want to spend, and then buy one from any of the major brands, Minelab, Whites, Garrett, Fisher, Technetics, Tesoro. Keep it simple, If you find your really into it, then move up to a more advanced model. My picks, Minelab Xterra, Whites M6, Garrett AT Pro, Fisher F5, Technetics ? If you can spend say $500 you'll have a good detector that will get to the deeper coins. Thanks for watching.
