@Xerothe0th I'll continue it once I have less things going on at one time, which shouldn't be much longer actually. Also yes, it is my voice, but I lowered the pitch some and added some radio sounding effects to it.
@Xerothe0th Oh sorry, I misread that. I added my voice by recording it in Audacity, then bringing the .wav file into my hl2 episode 2 sounds folder, then hooked it on an ambient_generic and timed the voices with triggers placed throughout the map.
@darkpivotstudios thankyou soo much man, i understand now ill sub u for the help but one thing, do u no how people make like stalker appear and suddenly in the face of people in horror maps and shit? i no how to make em dissappear but i dont no how to make shit appear.
@Xerothe0th Look up a tutorial for the entity npc_template_maker. You use those to make them appear, but to be honest I think that's a really cheap scare. I've seen it used in almost every generic Half-Life 2 horror map, and I'm almost always expecting it.

@Xerothe0th You're not bugging me at all. :P The sand was a brush set as a "func_door" entity, and I placed it right outside the wall and set its movement direction. When you press the door. I triggered the func_door to toggle, and it would move into place in the hallway. The shake was a simple "env_shake" with some timed "ambient_generics".
i like the voice. horror maps have that "you're screwed because you're alone" feeling too often. this way, being screwed is more of a surprise because you think you are safe! >:D
