Xprize, you should have a competition for a handheld instant translator (a la Star Trek) , that detects a spoken language and translates spoken words into text instantly.

Start researching the current capabilities of computing and then look to the future capabilities of these systems.
The guy who founded the x-prize did not even have money to do so.
