This cluster fuck development was a bust to begin with it's in the middle of nowhere and will be for the next 10-20 years on the most poluted lake in Florida.

Actually there are 42 homes and the clubhouse which hosts many events including at least two weddings every week. Yes there are several lots empty and it is a shame that the market stopped the development however it will someday flourish. As for now it is still a wonderful place to live. @diego8014 deleted his comment so im curious what he said to prompt @mluman83 comment.

@mluman83 Go to google earth and count the houses built in the community and then come back and delete your comment because you are clearly wrong....There is close to 50 homes built in there right now with another dozen or so under construction
