'Vrouwen en bier' and it is almost the same pronounce as in german. It's sung once from 1:37 and then the lyrics goes:

You see you hear once again 'vrouwe' but that is about Nehalennia who is a goddess. The 'vrouwen en bier'(Women and beer)' was a description of what they are searching for.
