And I seriously doubt it will involve anything but a strange hand shake or hug. You notice they never even mention it in the movies. you can read it any way you like. the movie producers realize the vast popularity with D and will do everything this side of rewriting the books to raise him from the dead. He is as much a part of the series as anyone. Even the movies tag line is a line quoted by D. In any case, I doubt they will completely remove his existence. EVen if it's him via a wall hanging.
